Steve Rothman concentrates his law practice on zoning and land use issues in the Metro Atlanta area.  Steve focuses his work on developer-related services.  He represents developers, builders, landowners and business owners on a broad range of local government issues, including the administrative processes involved in obtaining rezoning, special use permit, variance, building permit, road abandonment and alcohol license approvals.  Steve comes to the practice of law with an extensive background in local government land use in the Atlanta area, including prior employment with the City of Atlanta Bureau of Planning and Bureau of Buildings and with the Fulton County Attorney's Office.  He is a frequent faculty member in seminars on land use and zoning issues.
